The biggest a-hole on a television set right now probably goes to this A-/B+ list mostly television actor on a very hit cable show with tons of Emmy nods. He argues with literally everyone and acts like a diva the entire time on set.
I do not think this is anyone from GoT. Knowing the lifespan of the characters there, if any thespian is an asshole, the character is likely dead soon.
Only recurring/returning cable show with "tons" of noms is GoT, unless he's on Veep, but that seems unlikely: Nominations by series (5 or more) Game of Thrones 23 People v. O.J. Simpson 22 Fargo 18 Veep 17 Saturday Night Live 16 House of Cards 13 The Night Manager 12 Silicon Valley 11 Downton Abbey 10 Grease: Live 10 Transparent 10 All the Way 8 American Horror Story: Hotel 8 Better Call Saul 7 Big Bang Theory 7 Key & Peele 7 Roots 7 Making a Murderer 6 Last Week Tonight With John Oliver 6 Mr. Robot 6 Penny Dreadful 6 Sherlock 6 The Voice 6 What Happened, Miss Simone 6 The Wiz 6 The Americans 5 Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown 5 Cartel Land 5 He Named Me Malala 5 The Oscars 5 Ray Donovan 5
No because the writers are going with the same basic plot as George R Martin who wrote the books, they consulted with him. so it could be someone like Kit Harrington. His character is likely to remain until the end because of it being integral to the plot. He seems nice but fame as a heart throb may have got to him.
Christian Slater has form for douchebaggery, does he not? Loved his Golden Globe acceptance speech where he was more intent on thanking his agent and management team than his colleagues.
Reedus?

This is probably Norman Reedus. He's the cash cow for that show and he knows it.
ReplyDeleteI read this as Galecki from Big Bang.
ReplyDeleteThey just announced there is "no end in sight" for the series, and it will outlive Friends and Seinfeld.
