Gawker will do anything in their power to smear people they don't like, and they despise Trump. If he was still a candidate, the BS is the obvious answer, those movements of him are totally drug related. I do not believe any shit gawker writes, I hope Hulk Hogan and the guy they outed take them to the shithole they belong.
He only sleeps a few hours a night & he tweets manically. Also explains his erratic behavior. And the description of his behavior when he allegedly raped a 13 year old girl (in court documents) definitely sounds like someone on speed.
