This show actually barely qualifies for a 90’s show. The cast hated each other. The parents and kids warred with each other. The daughter on the show was underage and hooking up with a crew member. She was an out of control bulimic who crashed and burned as soon as the show ended.
Alf/Andrea Elson
and that nasty Alf was always hitting on everything that had 2 legs too.
ReplyDeleteLMAO
ReplyDeleteSo how about naming and shaming the perpetrator, rather than the victim?
ReplyDeleteUnderage = unable to consent = statutory rape.
/agree!
ReplyDeleteHe sure ate a whole lot of pussy....cats!
ReplyDeleteOne of the writers from that show was on drugs, and later wrote about his time on it. They made a movie about it with Ben Stiller.
ReplyDeleteAlf did love pussy. ;p
ReplyDeletePermanent Midnight was the Ben Stiller movie.. The dude led an insane life!
ReplyDeleteWasn't there somerhing awry with the guy who played the father?
ReplyDelete'Alf' was a show that never appealed to me.
ReplyDeleteThe make-up artist on 'Alf" also worked a couple of movies that I worked on.
So glad i left the business.
Hollywood attracts the strangest people -- I will include myself in that.
I had to check and while checking on IMdB, it says Andrea met her husband, Scott Hopper, while he was working 'Alf.'
ReplyDeleteSo, (did) she ended up marrying the alleged (molester)?
Anyway, her last credit was in 1997.
Hmmmm...I don't know what I was doing at the time, but I never saw evan a single episode of Alf. Sounds like a nightmare for the youngsters on it, though.
ReplyDeleteI hope not. I knew his son growing up.
ReplyDeleteShe was 17-ish when the show started and 21-ish by the end.
ReplyDeleteMax Wright. He was crack addict.
ReplyDeleteThat!!
ReplyDeleteYes, he was caught by a tabloid offering crack to homeless man and having homosexual orgies with them.
ReplyDeleteI loved Alf but I can see how it would be difficult for the cast members to accept playing second fiddle to a puppet.
ReplyDeleteYes the plot was thin, but I have a soft spot for Alf (and the cartoon chronicling his life on Melmac).
ReplyDeleteProbably wouldn't have appreciated it as much if I were an adult then.
