Wanting to keep her secrets intact, this A+ list singer is trying to make a deal with people suing her foreign born main ghostwriter who does a bit of A- list singing himself. She doesn’t want him to have to talk about his work under oath. No one knows she uses ghostwriters.

...songwriting is only hard for people with NO TALENT for it. TS's fame was and is paid for in every sense of the word. Her dad was known to buy enormous amounts of albums and unsold tickets to build an illusion of success, AND is the main shareholder in her record label. She has less reason to be a household name than Kim K, if we're talking about actual contribution to society. I blame weak parents who let their kids run the car stereo instead of teaching them what quality music is.
ReplyDeleteErm, i call b.s. on this, ed may have ghostwriters but the one thing you cannot accuse swift of is not writing her own material. It's not generic rhyming 'rain with pain' lyrics. There is a definite and noticeable writing style she has since 16. No foreign writer works undercover in nashville, what work would they get?
ReplyDeleteI am pretty sure she was her own writer in her early days. I think the Ghostwriting part is for changing to her pop style. She after all is a ghostwriter for Calvin's biggest hit, and people are giving her grief for making it public. Also, she was famous for years before Ed Sheeran, and she helped make him famous.
ReplyDeleteOH FFS she DOESN'T write her own material -- the primary writer of ALL of her pop hits has been Max Martin. The person with the most No. 1 hits ever, behind only Lennon-McCartney. This is not even a secret. WTF is it with people?
