When you talk about secrets, this former A+ list celebrity is the best at keeping them. Hands down. You and I can go back and forth about who is better, but this celebrity will win any argument. She is the best I have ever seen. She also shows the world that even A+ listers can keep everything quiet if they choose. So, when you see some celebrity complaining they never get any privacy, just know they bring it on themselves. All you have to do is want your privacy bad enough to do it. A celebrity like a Kardashian could never do it because their whole business model relies on being in the public eye and showing themselves multiple times a week to keep up audience interest.
Our former A+ lister had multiple talents and didn’t need to be in the public eye to make a fortune. She would show up when needed, but for the most part, she could live her life the way she chose and still be an A+ lister. Way back in the day when she was first becoming a secret expert she had a child. For those of you who read blogs or devote a lot of time to gossip, you probably know, or at least have heard about this child. For the vast majority of the population who only get their celebrity news from the glossy weekly tabloids, they have no clue. For decades this child has been a secret to the general public. The child, hidden away among all the other family members was allowed to live her life away from the spotlight. The child grew up and now, is pregnant.
The pregnancy has been kept secret. The family is almost as good as our celebrity about keeping secrets. The father of the soon to be baby has received a very very large check to relinquish his parental rights and signed a lengthy non disclosure agreement. Nothing will ever be heard from him again. Ever. That is the way our former A+ lister handles things. Money talks and people walk away. In the not too distant future, our celebrity will come forth bearing this baby in her arms and declaring to the world that the baby is hers. It is a way to perpetuate the secret. It is also in a way, allowing the celebrity to raise a child in public which she did not do in the past.
Janet Jackson
I feel so sorry for any child born into this f'd up family.
ReplyDeleteI admire people who keep their personal business personal and don't feel the need to make daily smoothie runs just to get pap'd.
ReplyDeleteAs someone who got pregnant at 16 and is now helping to raise a descendent, I have nothing to say about Ms Jackson except that I hope she enjoys public parenthood.
My jaw actually stopped - it all makes sense!
ReplyDelete**dropped
ReplyDeleteI would normally say that, but the Jacksons are not good people and I have heard some really bad stuff about Janet and her new hubby....
ReplyDeleteUm, isn't that selfish of her? How old is her daughter now? I have someone married into my family whose parents did that for her sister - they claimed their grandson as their own, but that was maybe 1970. Times have changed.
ReplyDeleteAnd it was a good excuse to cancel her tour, poor ticket sales and her voice is just a frog croak now. So how to make yourself more like able voila! Insta baby mama-grandma!
ReplyDeleteJack Nicholson was also raised by his his grandmother thinking it was his mother and his sister was actually his mother.
ReplyDeleteI'm not endorsing what she did or is doing. More like I'm not in a great position to be critical and I do respect her ability to have stayed even remotely relevant without paps on the payroll.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking at *you*, Taylor Swift.
I thought Janet was a dom and seriously abuses her staff? I doubt the child/grandchild will even live with her. The whole family is sick. Joe really did a number on all of them.
ReplyDeleteAll of the Jackson 's are screwred up by that man . She really thinks that people will really believe that she conceived a kid at 50. I think not.
ReplyDeleteI don't think she's going to claim she physically gave birth. She'll claim it was a surrogate, but the egg and sperm are from her and her husband.
ReplyDeleteHer kid was born in 1985 as her marriage to James Debarge was being annulled. You can't find season four of Fame when she was on there and began to show. They must have blocked the release and rebroadcast. The last scene of her exit you clearly can see what had to be a 7 month along pregnant stomach. As for now I wonder why Janet feels the need to take the grandbaby and raise it as her own. I don't doubt this story just wondering if there is a legitimate reason to take the grandchild or just a Jackson being a Jackson.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it is really the daughter being a surrogate , or she considered abortion or putting the child up for adoption and Janet offered to raise the child instead, likely with a big payoff.
ReplyDeleteFor those who were devoted to gossip blogs? The secret love child was know ever since her secret marriage came out in the 90s.
ReplyDeleteNow James is saying there might be two.

Season 4 of Fame is on youtube.
ReplyDeleteOooo, I have to find the scene!I vividly remember it when it aired. The story was floating then of the pregnancy.
ReplyDeleteThere's been talk of up to 3 kids. Two girls and a boy. Why hide them?
ReplyDeleteFind the episode when Cleo leaves and you will see the pregnant belly.
ReplyDeleteWhy not? I don't think I'd want my kids being photographed and gossiped about if I were a celebrity. Privacy is a wonderful thing.
ReplyDeleteOh Please! When I was 14, my 14 year old neighbor two houses up had a baby that her mother claimed as her own. Never mind, the child looked just like her 14 year old daddy but to this day, it is still her mama's child. And my neighbor later married and had two she raised "publicly" as her own. Done all the time.
ReplyDeleteYou have a really good memory! I found it

She totally looks pregnant. I was watching other clips from this episode and you can see it in her face too, very swollen.
She's TOTALLY pregnant in FAME Season 4,Episode 25 --check out 32:08
ReplyDeleteNonsense. The chances of a 49 year old's eggs conceiving a healthy embryo are statistically trivial. Most fertility clinics won't even try with a woman's own eggs past the age of 44 and will require that a woman trying to conceive at her age use donor eggs. It is very possible for a woman in her late 40s to conceive, but with the eggs of a much younger woman. It would make no sense for her to claim that the child is biologically hers. That's so improbable as to be essentially impossible.
