This A+ list singer has fired two directors in charge of her live concert footage. Each one dared to show up on the big screen angles our A+ lister found unflattering. She didn’t give either one of them a second chance.

She does have more than ReeRee - Bey has 20, Aretha has 18.
Of course, there are more categories nowadays than back in the 60-70s when all of these other ladies were seeing much of their success, but it is still a painful stat.
+1 If it seemed like it was more than PR I'd like her a lot more. Love the song 'Run the World, Girls' but it soon seems like she just does those songs for show. And it's hard to support someone when they seem to keep feeding everyone BS. It's also horrifying that she has more Grammy's than the women mentioned.
I am obsessed with her old song "Drunk in Love." If I ever get married, I'd play that song at my wedding (sorry Mom!). But she seems like a robot. It's all about the image. That's why I'm a fan of Britney Spears. We all saw her self-destruct and be a real person. Beyonce is too in control of her "image" and none of her songs are good enough to make her a true legend.
I agree. I think Britney and Beyonce are both "do what i'm told" artists, but with Britney we got to see a realness. I'd admire Beyonce a heck of a lot more if she showed even 1 flaw.
did the shots reveal her thunder thighs and cellulite?

The true tragedy is that Beyoncé Knowles has more Grammys than Chaka Khan, Diana Ross, Gladys Knight and Patti Labelle - combined. And all of those ladies can sing circles around her.
ReplyDeleteThe only way to film Bey that she'd be satisfied with would be thru a reverse fish-eye lens

ReplyDeleteI hope she doesn't have more Grammys than Aretha Franklin too. No one should have more than Aretha.
I am so over Beyonce. I like a few of her songs, but I'm sick of this "perfect" Queen Bey bullshit. She's an OK singer with OK songs. That's it.
