The Mariah JLO drama goes back aways. I found a tabloid from 2001 Headline Mariah blames JLO for her breakdown. Something to do with her ex,Tommy Mottola. Demi doesn't know what she's getting into.

You pretty much HAVE TO be rich to be a Scientologist, unless you want to be one of those Sea Org slaves. Rich people are probably attracted to that cult BECAUSE they have everything and Scientology claims it gives them the one thing they don't have: special abilities and powers.
no, shirley just was interested in a "new era" religions & sophisticated philosophic ideas, but the most time just was selfish, egotistic & hedonistic persona..... her books are kind of funny, the arrangement she made w/ her ex- husband about Sachi was sad......
