This former 80's/90's A list mostly movie actor who still has a big name has been kicked out of his church after undergoing surgery to save his life. He waited so long though, he still might not pull through.
Amy church that can't recognize that humans were given the ability to reason amd develop lifesaving medical procedures for a reason, or that birth control is a GOOD thing, is a fraud, a sham, and a waste of time and money.
My step-grandmother was a christian scientist. My grandfather was not. He was a type-1 diabetic. When he was not physically able to give himself the insulin shot we had to have someone come in 2x a day to do it. If not, "gramma" would prop him up in bed, put his reading glasses on him and put that damn Science and Health book in front of him. So he could read how illness was all in his head. Even though he was not conscious. Sad.
He did have a hip replacement. The Star Tribune stated today that he had a long scar on his hip, and down his leg from surgery. That's why he was on opioids.
The Enquirer says Michel Douglas is dying while Kirk is getting to 100, so I'll say Michael
ReplyDeleteThen there's Vll Kilmer who looks nearly ded in the picture they published, so I chnge the answer

ReplyDeleteI want to say he is a Christian Life Scientist and they don't believe in surgery
Is he a jehovah witness or something? What religion denies surgery?
ReplyDeleteYes. God helps those who help themselves so if they believe in only praying, that's waiting around for someone else to fix your problem!
ReplyDeleteChristian Scientist. So was Joan Crawford. She died of cancer rather than get treatment.
ReplyDeleteThat's got to be Val Kilmer. How do you get into an organization like the Christian Scientists? Seems a very dangerous choice healthwise.
ReplyDeleteZach Galifianakis
ReplyDeleteAs well as any church that preaches hatred or persecution of any people for religious reasons. That's not a church.
ReplyDeleteThe priests of the tribes were doctors.. St, Luke was a doctor.. go figure it's forbidden?
