I think you have it Derek. Trump is Hypomanic, a form of Bipolar where the person doesn't suffer the depression of bipolar but instead is always 'up'/ hyper. Hypomanics are usually very successful because of their condition one of the catch phrases for the condition in the medical community is "a little madness = a lot of success", but they are also very reckless and believe they are infallible , I wouldn't want one in charge of the red button.
Word is Melania is having an affair with a young French model. She knows now is the right time, there is nothing Trump can do about it and still continue his campaign. She never shows up with him because she can do what she wants with him gone all the time and she is making the most of it.
