Blind Item #7
It is interesting how this director talks about bullying when he enabled bullying on the set of a recent film. He let the big stars do and act however they what wanted to everyone else on the set.

That trailer looks terrible, like a SNL skit gone wrong. They've made the mistake of over-promoting it, and now Feig is acting like a baby when people point out that it's absolute crap.
ReplyDeleteHmmm. Really Horrible Trailer.
ReplyDeleteI predict this will be a horrible movie when released and it this is a ticking bomb waiting to happen.
Most Hollywood elites say one thing and do another.
ReplyDeleteBryan Singer on the latest X-men movie. He probably stood back and let Michael Fassbender sexually harrass the females. I just can't imagine Leslie Jones or Kate McKinnon taking any crap from Melissa MacCarthy.
ReplyDeleteGhostbusters is going to be awful. I mean truly, the trailer really WAS horrible.
ReplyDeleteI get that Ackroyd and Murray didn't want to do it without Harold Ramis. Well, and that Murray had a lot of other problems with it beside that.
ReplyDeleteBut going ahead with it anyway as a new version, when the whole point was that people wanted to see the original castmembers back together is just a bad, bad call.
Maybe I will look for it when it ends up on putlocker or something, but I just can't stand Kristen Wiig.
Have you seen the fan cut version of the trailer? It's like a totally different movie!
ReplyDeleteReally wish Kristen Wiig wasn't in the movie. I love everybody else.
ReplyDeleteThey're all so self important and spoiled rotten. One day, their bubble will burst and they'll become irrelevant to the world...washed up has beens. Maybe then they'll gain some humility and appreciation.
ReplyDeletethe new ghostbusters movie looks like a bad scooby-doo film (you know, like the ones freddie prinze jr was in) my 6 year old wants to watch it. i want to be sick. paul feig should just take the loss and see if the film can be re-written, re-shoot, well, just re- everything.
