Blind Item #6
You wouldn't necessarily know it by looking at them, but back in the day, this permanent A+ list director/writer/producer/mogul who created one of the greatest franchises of all time would swap girlfriends for a night or a week with this permanent A+ list mostly movie actor who is an Academy Award winner/nominee and been in some of the most important movies of all time. He has also made crap movies for a paycheck too.
George Lucas Robert Deniro
ReplyDeleteDefinitely fits the descriptions.
ReplyDeleteThey're both married to women of color, so may have similar taste at least visually.
Maybe the women were swapping.
ReplyDeleteI always thought De Niro was very handsome in his earlier films
ReplyDeleteOh he was. Very, very do-able.
ReplyDeleteAnd to cover the other bases, Steven Spielberg/Al Pacino.
ReplyDeleteThough it's likely the first guess, lol.
Francis Ford Coppola/De Niro?
ReplyDelete" You wouldn’t necessarily know it by looking at them" Why? Not LUcas , but i can totally see DE Niro doing this, he always striked me as a bit " off"
ReplyDeleteYes, De Niro was attractive ,many years ago for example in The Deer Hunter, and for a short time...but i always found him very awkward in love scenes, so, he never really got me.
DeNiro seems very, very reserved. I was really taken aback that he was game to do all the stuff he did in Dirty Grandpa, but the director said he "loved the script." Apparently Bobby D has a very broad sense of humor with an acute appreciation for the lowbrow.
ReplyDeleteMy kind of guy! lol
George Lucas/Harrison Ford
ReplyDeleteSpielberg and Hanks??
ReplyDeleteThis was my first thought too.
ReplyDeleteMet DeNiro and his then-wife Diane in the Summer of '81 backstage at Al Pacino's play, American Buffalo. Everyone chatting with friends and De Niro was so quiet, shy and unassuming I didn't even know who he was. Diane, on the other hand, was beautiful, sparkly and vivacious. Just adorable.
ReplyDeleteBtw, if one of this is really Lucas, then he has created TWO of the greatest franchise ever, cause he created Indiana Jones, ( partially with Spielberg )too
ReplyDeleteGreat mind, a bit childish, maybe , but great nonethless.
+1.......I always thought they did this
ReplyDeleteI'm going with George Lucas and Harrison Ford.
ReplyDeleteYep. Boys too. Hollywood psychopaths and pedos.
ReplyDelete+1000--nice!!!
ReplyDeleteEspecially since Enty said they swapped girlfriends(not wives) & Deniro had girlfriends between 1988-1997 and Lucas had girlfriends between 1983-2013...
and Deniro's been mocked alot lately about all the crap movies he's been doing just for the paycheck.
I never got a sexy vibe from Deniro but boy did he grab me emotionally in the tearfest "Bang The Drum Slowly" & never let go b/c I went to see all of his other movies after that.
ReplyDeleteI find it really hard to imagine it's Lucas or Spielberg - Enty would definitely know they both have more than one of the top franchises ever. Coppola sounds like a better guess to me.
ReplyDeletegoing by my own reasoning though, Harrison Ford was single too from 2004-2010 & made crap movies for the paycheck too.
ReplyDeleteFord never was nod at Oscars
ReplyDeleteNominated for Witness
ReplyDeleteHow do you know the girlfriend's weren't the ones swapping their boyfriend's out... director (Lucas) and actor (Ford) for a night or a week? or...how do you know it wasn't all mutual? I find it hard to believe that these two women who switched, were victims, which is what the blind is sounding like IMO. I'm sure their swinging was all consensual.
