Blind Item #3
There have been lots of arguments recently between this permanent A list "singer" who does not really sing any longer and her management team. More and more she wants to take an extended break and they want their cash cow to keep delivering. They have been guilting her about how many jobs would be lost if she packed it in. It is not about the jobs to the team though, it is about lining their own pockets without having to do any work.

ReplyDeleteWhen her father first took over, her perfumes were doing well (they still do) but her music and performing career was in the toilet. Her fortune had been decimated by KFed and her own profligate ways. The perfume and music residuals were more than enough to live on but whatever.
ReplyDeleteIt can be argued (but not by me) that getting her stabilized and back to work was a necessary evil in order to ensure her financial future and that of her children. That was years and years ago. She's had at least one successful tour (made a fortune), at least one successful album (made a fortune) the X Factor (made millions) and the Vegas gigs (made a fortune). The "replenish the coffers" mission was accomplished years ago. She's still mentally ill and it has now turned into her father abusing her and forcing her to work when she doesn't need the money and hasn't in ages. The father seemed like a better option than the scumbag mother but he's turned into a real prick.
I already have very limited respect for Enty's rating system and reliability, among other things. Is it possible to have negative respect? People love Britney, but that does NOT equal permanent A.

ReplyDeletelmao, what the hell are you smoking? she's a grammy-award winning icon with overall sales of 200 million records (100 million of those being albums). youngest artist ever to get a star on the hollywood walk of fame. six #01 albums. five #01 singles. youngest recipient of the mtv michael jackson video vanguard award at age 29. in a few days she'll receive yet ANOTHER lifetime achievement award, this time the billboard millennium award. almost 20 years into her career, she's still making headlines, selling out shows and is placed among the best earning musicians in the world! when will your flop fav? if britney isn't A-list, there is no A-list, bitch.
