Blind Item #10

This foreign born A- list actor has about three shows going on at the same time. Impressive. Also some movies. Also, a thing for partying and hookers. Ever since this actor got divorced it has been non-stop women and booze. At an event in Vegas recently, he partied for almost 24 hours straight. The only break was a mandatory one hour get together with some other actors from an upcoming project. I'm not sure how he functions.

    It amazes me the number of (supposed) wealthy(?) people who come to Las Vegas only to waste time and money when local property values are starting to go down.
    If interested, email me for a list of investment properties for sale that are currently at +/-8% Cap Rates or Higher!
    Prices range from the Mid-Hundreds of Thousands and go up.
    Cap rates from 7.5% and up.

    Hey! SERIOUSLY SAD SELLOUT!
    I found this site several years ago while the economy was in the toilet; and Las Vegas CRE values were dismal.
    So, I started posting because it was fun.
    Then, a year or so into it -- Oh! I just received an email from some one. It was another CDAN blog poster who wanted a few Las Vegas real estate questions answered! I much obliged.
    Oh, excuse me, but my phone is ringing from an out of state number. That person was another CDAN poster who asked what it would take to buy a Las Vegas CRE property! (Usually, $300,000 or more.)
    Just so you know, SERIOUSLY, I've Sold three properties to "fellow CDAN posters" who use this site for entertainment, too! (You'd be surprised at "who" reads this blog. (Good Job, Enty!)
    One, CDAN poster even called me asking for my help to help her NV real estate licensed daughter get into CRE! Which I gladly did by making an introduction. (I should follow up to see if it worked out?)
    So, SERIOUSLY, yes! I have caught flies (without really trying) but they are NOT landing on any "shit" -- as you refer to it.
    BTW: My dad's name is Dave; my name is david. Way back when, my mom was pretty adamant about that!
