By the time she thinks it is safe to show off her boyfriend she acquired during her marriage, this A-/B+ list mostly movie actress from an acting family will probably dump him. I'm seeing a reunion with the droopy faced actor guy in her future.
Someone beat me to it. Justin Long ,Drew's ex, seems to be a doormat these days. He always seems to be the guy that gets dumped whenever someone better comes along.Then the woman, always an actress, runs back to him when they get dumped the same way.
Gag me with a dong. People claim to be a 'free spirit" to justify doing whatever the heck they want to do, and then weasel out of judgement or consequences. Drew had a chance to end up OK. She won't end well now.
It's as if everyone forgot what a horrible, abusive, traumatic childhood Drew had and expects her to be magically fixed and making perfect life decisions. The fact that she's alive is a miracle.
She's allegedly been sober for decades and had a lot of therapy. She's had plenty of time to work out her shit. At this point, she just doesn't want to.
Drews cool. Some people stay in unhappy marriages and turn into bitter enemies who scar their kids by constantly fighting. More people need to be divorced
I think the marriage just didn't work out. I'm pretty sure she tried, but ultimately he was boring and regular to her. She was trying to make the right decisions to settle down and have a family with a "normal" guy, but ultimately, I think she got bored. It happens. It doesn't mean she doesn't have her shit figured out, it just means she leads with her heart and things didn't work out for her the way she had hoped.
