Today's Blind Items - Bye Bye Money

This actor has made well over $100M in the past decade. That is just from acting. His side projects earned him a great deal too. Now, it is almost all gone. The only reason he has any money to maintain his lifestyle is because the actress wife of our former A lister still earns quite a lot. Our actor thought he was the greatest investor ever. Always in front of a great new product and he did very well for awhile. The thing is though, he got cocky. Thought he had the golden touch. So, when someone came to him for an idea the actor thought would make him a billionaire, he sunk all of his money into it. Not at once. It was a two year process of just dumping more money into the project. He even got a lot of his friends to sink money into it, promising them all really high returns. They lost all their money too. Our actor thought he could make up some of the lost fortune in a new tv gig, but it sucks because he sucks. He got lucky a couple of times. Just fell in to a great situation. His wife is keeping him going right now, so it might be a good idea for him to start treating her much better than he has. While he was on the set of the crap tv show, there were signs he was back to his old cheating ways.

    Two and half Men

    and

Beyond the entertainment world, Kutcher is also a venture capitalist. Kutcher has also successfully invested in several high technology startups.[28][29] Some of his investments include Skype, Foursquare, Airbnb, Path and Fab.com.[30] He is a co-founder of the venture capital firm A-Grade Investments[31] with Guy Oseary and Ron Burkle and fund manager Chris Hollod. At SXSW on March 14th, 2015, Kutcher announced Sound Ventures, the successor to A-Grade Investments managing a fund backed by institutional funding. [32]

I was going to guess Kevin Costner bc a while ago he had that failed venture to clean up oil spills, but his wife isn't an actress.

Most of Kutcher's money came from investments, not from acting, I believe. He couldn't have been on "Men" long enough to make that much, could he?

  10. LOL!
When I read the line: "promising them all really high returns" I knew that whoever this is, was truly stupid. Once in a while, I am approached about "guaranteed to returned your money" deals, or can't miss opportunity" investment. I say thank you then pass. If it is a CRE property with a solid NNN tenant, I will consider it.
In my expereience, every, and I mean "ALL" "high yield return investment" will not return any of the promised money. I believe they are more guaranteed to lose your money.
And, if this is Ashton, I truly thought he was smarter than that.
And, from what I have learned about Mila, she has always banked (hoarded) money. Her growing up poor in LA is probably the reason why. Her parents taught/treated her/her money correctly.

  11. Oh he became TV's highest paid actor with that stupid Two & 1/2 Men, making about $25 million a season. And of course there is that constant stream of royalties coming from That 70s Show and Punk'd and whatever else he did.

Duane Martin and Tisha Campbell to be different.

They just filed for bankruptcy- often paired with Will/Jada Smith and others investing in different projects/films.
