Yep. Does "loans/gifts" mean the money people gave her when she lost in court the first time? I'm unclear on the timeline.
Just out of curiosity, is it possible that she's exaggerating or inventing Dr. Luke's raping/assaulting her, drugging her and other monstrous behavior? I've assumed she's telling the truth but I know little about her and nothing about him.

I think it is referring to the 1 million dollars Taylor Swift gave her after the Judge said Kesha must continue working with her...I think she is telling the truth -many other artists seem to be behind her and people like Kelly Clarkson have said he is evil. I do see Kesha misappropriating the funds though-I think Tay gave her some money to pay legal bills and record music independently--not buy sports cars etc
