Blind Items Revealed #1

February 12, 2016

This A+ list mostly movie actor is just cashing paychecks at this point in his career and giving no effort. Another bomb but he doesn’t care. It is like the actor has been cursed since he got married.

George Clooney/Hail Caeear

That old man is way overrated.

Monument Men was awful and stunk of his smug "charm"

  4. I seriously think that the Zaha Hadid bio needs to be done. With Amal in the lead.

Of course, "Hail Caesar" reviewed marvelously among upscale critics like the New Yorker, including Clooney's performance, so it doesn't so much seem like he's given up on putting in the work as on picking big box-office hits. There are other measures of success.

  6. Since the beginning of the film business there have been 'cycles' for all concerned. You're new, then you're hot, then you're super hot, then you're getting bad publicity, then you're getting divorced, then you're dating people younger than your kids, then you end up hooked on alcohol, drugs or publicity, then you're yesterday's news, then you're done. You go from #1 to whatever happened to in a few years. His time in the sun is over. That's why he and Gerber have their own tequila company. Moe-nee. He never was a talented actor. He was just a face.

His films were bombing way before Amal.

I think his career was starting to fail before his marriage.

I don't think that The Man Who Stares at the Goats, or The American, or that movie with Renee Z have been successes and they were before the marriage. Fact is, his marriage didn't help like he maybe hoped for sure, and the over the top, exagerated buzz-publicity surrounding it, have made turn a lot of people, including me, against him, but his career was ending already.

Clooney did Hail Caesar because he likes working with the Coen brothers, so I don't think this was really a blow-off project just done for a check. And didn't Gravity do pretty well?

I want Colney back on sitcoms playing the room mates boyfriend for a few episodes or the building handy man. He was on every sitcom in the 80's playing those parts.

  12. I think the Coen Bros have jumped the shark.
They desperately wanted a Best Director Oscar for years and the Academy just won't recognize a team for that award.

The American-boring ×3. Boyfriend felt the same but he thought he missed something while daydreaming.
I kept waiting for the story to start. It never did. It's a George Clooney movie I told myself. It has to be good. How could he not have noticed while filming. It was Nothing, and then he dies. There, I gave away the ending so y'all don't waste your time or $. You're welcome.

honestly, its just not the 90s/early 2000s anymore. george thinks he still has the pull he had then now. time has cycled audiences and a huge chunk of the under-30 ground (huge chunk of moviegoers) arent drawn to his fare.

    i am one of them.

I wouldn't buy a ticket just 'cause Clooney is opening. In fact, I probably wouldn't because all his mates movies bombed are are senonimuse with borin, smug or presemptuas.
    Hear that Mr. Clooney?

mates' if you mean friends', plural possessive
mate's if you mean wife's, singular possessive
    synonymous, boring, presumptuous

Unless intending to prove to your mate's mates that you are synonymous with boring and presumptuous, like most idiot internet trolls, Fking Lrn2Spell, Christ.

But back then he was likeable.
Now he's just over the hill, tired, boring, and a huge motherfakking hypocrite. And smug as shit.

That was some Hollywood show he put on.
Fake smiles, fake kisses, fake, fake, fake.

He deserves the backlash and losing his career.
Don't treat the public like they're stupid, when you're so dumb, you couldn't even finish American high school.
