This A+ list morning radio host who seems to take a lot of mornings off has a new edict. When he does come to work, all of the corridors and doors that could provide any access to him must be locked. For the entire floor.
Rush is one of the few radio personalities who show up daily. Even when he travels from Fla. to California, he does his shows out there. A lot of these shock jocks have a studio in their homes and never see the inside of a studio. I'd say Michael Savage, but he is on in the afternoon and has a home studio.
it's Howard Stern and this has been done for years, he doesn't want anyone on the floor when he comes and goes out of the building. And no one gets access to his studio without proper security authorization. It's hardly a blind item when any fan like myself has heard him talk about this on the air.
Howard enters the studio via limo. His car has it's own elevator, it goes up to the top of the parking deck & he exits in front of an elevator door that takes him directly to his studio that's in his own section of the Sirius XM building. NO ONE has access to his private wing nor does he intermingle with other hosts or guests in any other studios. I know this for a 100% fact, so this blind confuses me a bit. I guess it's a half ass description of the Stern situation, but this is in no way a new situation. Been this way since Mel K signed him there. Maybe this is Seacrest. Does he do mornings? Does he keep the same type sked as Stern these days?
idk Elvis Duran
