Blind Items Revealed #5

March 19, 2015

“How many of these can I have?”

“Well, they are for the kids and their families here as part of the charity event.”

“But I could have one or two right?”

“I suppose we could spare one or two pairs.”

The former B list model who changed her last name the second she got married to that A- list celebrity musician to better cash in on it, then helped herself to twenty pairs by quickly handing them to an assistant carrying reusable grocery store bags.

Terribly sorry we sustain ourselves without torturing animals. It's like we have compassion for other living beings or something.

People who hate vegans or vegetarians for no reason make me think on some level, you know eating meat is wrong but you create disdain to deflect.

  9. No. It's that you can't NOT RESPOND. You can't EVER keep it to yourself. Like if I worked for Apple and someone said they hated iPhones... if I'm normal, I say to myself, "Oh... that's too bad." If I'm an "Apple Vegan" I have to jump in and defend myself.

Just literally shut the hell up about it and veganism will become the norm and will take over everything. Meat will be grown in labs. No more animals will be killed. Your sanctimony is what people can't stand.

  10. There's this great thing called Google where you can look this shit up.

Oh - you thought you were being funny. You weren't, but carry on.

  11. Yeah you did.

  12. That's not even a comparable situation! Hating iPhones has NOTHING to do with a person who works for Apple. I've never ONCE mentioned being vegan or anything until someone decided to insult them. You think people should keep their mouths shut when insulted? No thanks.

  13. You're an enormous fucking dick.

  14. If someone said they hated tofu, then I wouldn't jump in. THAT'S a comparable situation to your dumbass Apple comment.

  15. Ellie, try some meat, maybe it'd make you sound smarter.

  16. Why do I sound stupid? For recognizing a terrible analogy when I see one?

    Dear Sam,
@AyePapi leveled the first blow, so your justification that his/her attack was because vegans "can't NOT RESPOND" just doesn't make sense.
@AyePapi responded before any vegans did.

I am not a vegan but I grow weary of people who inflict their ignorant world views (whether on politics, vaccinations, whatever) on the those of us who come to this site for mindless entertainment.

There are real problems in the world, including the inhumane torture of animals and the ozone-destroying methane gas produced by their sheer numbers.
So yes, I eat meat but I feel guilty about it ????

But lay into some of the dickwads on this site who deserve your time, energy, and ire.
