Blind Item #7
So, you are married to an A+ lister. You have a gorgeous home with him. Why on earth would you have a big event somewhere else? Oh yeah, because the other place is owned by your "ex" who you seem very close to. Didn't you have dinner at your ex's hotel while out of the country and again in this country while on "business."
george clooney and amal?

ReplyDeleteThey're hosting a Clinton fundraiser.

ReplyDeleteYo, Enty - your tweet in the sidebar...."more classier"?! Did you even finish high school?
ReplyDeleteShe's got to have sex with somebody! She sure ain't gettin' it at home, y'all.
ReplyDeleteYou have an event at someone else's home so they will donate money to your cause. It's called "non-profit development strategy".
ReplyDeleteThe event on the 15th is in San Francisco, where the Clooneys don't have a house. They are hosting a similar event on the 16th at their house in LA.
ReplyDeleteClooney needs to wise up.
ReplyDeleteThis is less about politics and more about 'prove you are on the right side' in Hollywood...pony up some big bucks so you can sit at the cool kid's table. Before anyone starts clutching their pearls, I think they should be able to give to/ support anyone they please..why does it take a golden globe type photo ops to do it, if they truly believe? Klooney truly thinks no good deed should go unpublished.
ReplyDeleteHe does know what's going on - this "marriage" was all about building his reputation.
ReplyDeleteIt has backfired or you wouldn't see all this stuff leaked to Enty.
Getting appointed to be future world ambassador Kloo-NAY - much harder than he and his team thought.
Shervin Pishevar (the tech entrepreneur who is hosting the SF event) does not own any hotels.
ReplyDeleteAmazing how just a few months ago Clooney was openly criticizing Clinton, now he's hosting fundraisers for her. Sanders despises this celebrity endorsement for publicity type of arrangement, and Clooney would never (publicly) support a Republican. Guess George's political leanings are as eclectic as his sexuality.
ReplyDeleteAnd there's no way in hell these blinds are written by an attorney.
"the ex you're not very close to?" The sentence should read, " the ex to whom you're not very close", and a lawyer would know a sentence never ends with a preposition!
He's gotta dumb it down for some readers. The same way Clinton dumbs down Sanders' Tweets and quotes for her supporters and then pretends they were her ideas.
ReplyDeleteMy god, some of you people are shockingly stupid.
ReplyDeleteDear @epiphany and @ellie,
ReplyDeleteFrequent visitors to this site understand that the “blinds” are for the most part
1. Made up, or
2. Taken from the news.
So, clearly, we are here for mindless entertainment.
Please do not inflict your idiotic and uninformed political opinions on us.
