OK, he's not A+ list - but he was definitely wearing makeup.
I always think people are crying or have water in their eyes on camera during these shows. It's really weird.
Leo - definitely. And his face was soooo smooth (fat but smooth). Matt Damon looked 55 so if he wore makeup, it wasn't doing anything for him.
Jared Leto had a TON of makeup on, but he usually does.
Stalone looked way over done.
It was Leo. I made that comment out loud to my friends when the camera did a quick shot of him. Shiny lips.

If they think they are going to be shown they ALL wear makeup and all the nominees and big stars know they will be shown.

This wouldn't be unusual for Leto. Both Leo and Stallone were made up.
