Blind Item #7
While the PR team of this A- list singer/part-time actress passed out favors like Halloween candy to the press to make sure they called the singer's rendition of a classic, the best ever, the singer herself was smack talking this A list song writer to anyone who would listen.
Gaga
ReplyDeletesmack talking Linda Perry?
ReplyDeleteAnd sorry although your rendition was "cute" Whitney's will always be the penultimate rendition which till this day has been imitated by so many.
ReplyDeleteGaga and Star Spangled Banner who was smack talking Linda Perry
ReplyDeleteMONTANA: PENULTIMATE MEANS "NEXT TO LAST"...MAYBE YOU MEAN THAT WHITNEY'S RENDITION WAS THE ULTIMATE.
ReplyDeleteFrancis Scott Key
ReplyDeleteUnless she thinks, like many others, that Marvin's NBA version is the ultimate.
ReplyDeleteNo one will beat Whitney.
ReplyDeletePretty sure Bobby used to do it regularly.
ReplyDeleteDutch:
ReplyDeleteTell that to that bathtub.
Gaga sounded OK (not great, IMO), but her "performance" was embarrassing.
ReplyDeleteStop it! Hahaha that's terrible...haha. Noooo..
ReplyDeleteOuch
ReplyDeleteShe was better than Chris Martin...
ReplyDeleteSorry June, Unemployable wins the Intertubes today.
ReplyDeleteIt was NOT the best, she's too melodramatic and into herself. The tempo was too slow, too.
ReplyDeleteShe sang the national anthem like it was a 'Broadway Show Tune' , just seemed a tad disrespectful to me. It became all about her rather than the song. That said I've heard way worse at the Supper Bowl ......oops typo but it stays.
ReplyDeleteHer PR team must be connected to GOD because she's a gimmick past her prime (2011 was the last time she had a hit single) but she gets nominated for an Oscar for a song she did not write, got a golden globe for a TV show she did not act in (you can't call what she did in AHS acting), she gets to sing a tribute to Bowie when his family nor he liked her (check his son twitter) And the praises, OMG, it's like her father is Rupert Murdoch or that australian with a troll head Mariah Carey is marrying to stay in the media. The whole Gaga thing is fishy and stinks of money and manipulation.
ReplyDeleteYou watch her sing? She's one of those "I like the voice but can't stand to watch them sing." singers.
