This A+ list mostly movie actor is just cashing paychecks at this point in his career and giving no effort. Another bomb but he doesn't care. It is like the actor has been cursed since he got married.
George fits, but does he really not care? I get the feeling he's pretty bummed and frustrated he doesn't connect with audiences the way he used to. Johnny Depp on the other hand ...
"Doesn't care" suggests Depp who seems to be in a hard core, drug-induced, downward spiral since he got conned into leaving his family for a lesbian gold digger.
Clooney cares about his "art" if not box office numbers. DeNiro has been in several award-winning films of late.
I thought DeNiro too but he's been married for quite some time. They married in 1997 and DeNiro did meet the parents in 2000 and I think that was a hit, plus all the sequels. I think Analyze this did well too.
Ok, Depp sounds good, but DeNiro's last couple of movies have been flops since meet the fockers franchise. He was in the underrated "Family" with Dianna Agron a few years ago.
Cashing checks for shilling coffee, booze, banks, watches, etc makes being a professional celeb a pretty easy gig..but the couch-jumping doesn't pay as well
The another bomb part makes it look like clooney. The doesn't care par is odd, since I believe he cares (he's ego cares) but maybe there is something we don't know.. Like some deal in place..
Depp. Great actor but in the last few years, more so since Amho showed up, his movies are bor-ring. Used to love his movies, now I don't even bother. Come back from the dark side, dude.

ReplyDeleteRyan Reynolds?
ReplyDeleteHail, Cesar as the movie
ReplyDeleteonly made 11 million opening week---not good considering the stars and directors
George and his Caesar movie
ReplyDeleteClooney for sure.

ReplyDeleteSeriously awful opening. Everyone who's anyone (practically) was in it, too. Weird.
I guess this is Clooney, but I'm not sure I'd call "Hail, Caesar!" a bomb. It made back half its budget in the first weekend.
ReplyDeleteHail Caesar looked a cheesy mess, not surprised it bombed.

ReplyDeleteIt's prolly Clooney. May not fit the blind, but Robert DiNero is also making bombs left and right.
ReplyDeleteI would believe it's De Niro on this one.

ReplyDeleteI'd say Clooney because Depp's career was tanking long before he got married.

ReplyDeleteDepp fits the description better. He really doesn't care. Clooney cares a lot.
ReplyDeleteClooney. He's in the Random Photos. I believe it, he doesn't need money now.
ReplyDeleteBrad Pitt
