Usually it is the other way around, but this celebrity chef is being cheated on by her significant other who is also a celebrity but in an entirely different field.
Because I'm sick of Giada, I'll throw out Trisha (hubby is a singer). And just for grind how's about Rachael Ray and Anne Burrell (love her, so fingers crossed it's not her) oooohh lets throw in Ina and the adorable professor Jeffrey
Every time, I see or hear her name, I am reminded of my daughter's comment about a date she went on at Giada's Las Vegas restaurant: If I wanted Chef-Boy-R-D, I would have stayed home. (I have never been to her place here in Las Vegas. I refuse to pay $34 for a plate of spaghetti at any restaurant!)
I had lunch at Giada's... food a little pricy, we had grilled cheese sandwiches with prosciutto, fired zucinni on side... Mmmmm..coffee and dessert.. around $75. for 2. Service was slow but we didn't care, entertained by peoplwatching. But no Giada and lover sightings. We sat at the bar, which is a few steps higher than and overlooking dining room, aND with view of Bellagio fountains.
Channel surfing past the increasingly unwatchable Food Network, I was in disbelief seeing that Giada was inexplicably given another "new" show, something like "Entertaining with Giada". WHO watches ANY of her shows? They are so bad! The recipes are awful.
$34 for pasta is only too expensive, if it's not lobster stuffed ravioli, or Spaghetti with sea urchin, or truffle tagliatelle. In those cases, it\s a bloody bargain, and I'll eat 2 portions!
Giada/flay

ReplyDeleteOops..forgot to mention that bartender claimed to know nothing of Giada's romantic life.
