If I was this celebrity family, I wouldn't be worried about the still underage daughter caught smoking, I would be more worried about her booze and pot use which could send her back to rehab.

Derek and Tricia are both my friends here, I think Derek is wrong for saying some of the things he says and fighting with her all the time over dumb blinds. BUT I dont think everything is from Derek. Dont know who it is. Tricia for my part has handled everything as well as possible, mainly by ignoring most of it.
