    Chantel Jeffries? She was a TAZ angel escort turned model/viner/DJ host! I know she has been hanging with Kylie Jenner (reality star) lately..From what I understand she still does paid model GF gigs like most models do. It also could be Hailey Baldwin but I seriously doubt she would go viral about her paid conquests (Bieber, Drake, 5sos, ect) because of her family name, not to mention her BS christian good girl routine she tries so hard to lure Bieber with and also his fans. I am pretty sure she does have a drug habit (cocaine) and its becoming more apparent lately because her nose job is starting to collapse which is one of the side affects plastic surgeons warn active cocaine users about. Its really obvious she is not a recreational user.
