Blind Item #2
Apparently this disgraced former A+ list mostly television actor who was one several big network hits and one huge network hits is dying. Not as in every human dies sometime, but the aging horrible person is dying soon. As in very soon.
Cosby
ReplyDeleteBill Cosby?
ReplyDeleteI think the Enquirer wrote this
ReplyDeletethey did....

Bill Cosby. Obvious.
ReplyDeleteI know Enquirer have been been right about some things (i.e. John Edwards). And I can see Bill Cosby being extremely depressed about losing his honorary PhDs and his table at his favorite restaurant. BUT I'm gonna need more than "leaning on his wife" as proof of his impending death.
ReplyDeleteThis writer of an Internet blog needs to get interns who can write coherently. Not as in, there's a typo here and there, more like a chimp flinging feces at a keyboard.
ReplyDelete????????????
ReplyDeletecosby and his wife are probably going to have him die so there's zero consequences and she gets all the $$$$$$
ReplyDelete"Where did I see this yesterday?" is a legit pastime.
ReplyDeleteI like this game.
Just like him to pull one last trick.
ReplyDeleteI saw those pics...I didn't think he looked any sicker than he's been looking. No doctor's going to say "you'll die in six weeks"...that's just stupid.
ReplyDeleteI thought they were going to get divorced and put all the assets in her name. Sad if he's dying before he has to sit for more depositions. In a couple of years, he'll be forgiven and people will start talking about what a trailblazer he was again, a la Michael jackson.
ReplyDeleteInquirer story was dated Dec 4th, and says Cosby has five weeks to live. So I guess he's supposed to be dead by Friday Jan 8th 2016, and has less than three weeks left.
ReplyDeleteI call BS. Even is Cosby had terminal cancer, and the Inquirer has its facts right here (which, sometimes, it does. . .sometimes it doesn't) nobody could predict the date of his death that accurately.
>>I thought they were going to get divorced and put all the assets in her name.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, statute of limitations has passed for virtually all claims any of his accusers could make. Cosby's name is permanently tarnished, but he's mostly protected from suit.
More important, if he did lose some lawsuits, passing assets to his (ex) wife wouldn't protect them. Any assets transferred to his wife while he was under threat of lawsuit might legally be considered "fraudulent conveyance"; ie assets transferred illegally specifically to escape legal judgments, and they'd potentially also be recoverable.
Well, there is no question he's going to die, EVENTUALLY. The guy is 78 years old. But death doesn't necessary save his assets. If he's held liable for damages, those could potentially be recovered from his estate after his death.
