    It depends on what the initials are. For instance if this person is a mother, and her lover's initials are MO, she could always just an an M at the end if they break up.

    I'd buy the Hillary guess too. MH being Mariska Hargitay. They both need to come out already, whether they're an actual couple together or not. But they were definitely fucking for a few years recently.
