Blind Item #3

Botox, cocaine and prescription pills combined are pretty much the life of this once A list mostly movie actor who started off on late night television. He was on a recent red carpet for a project for some of his friends and was wasted and incoherent and I'm not sure who thought inviting him was a good idea.
