Blind Item #1

This married A+ list mostly movie actor who you never would want to see act again in a drama has discovered Hollywood's newest version of a rub and tug. Spray tans. Get naked, get "rubbed" and then get a spray tan so no one is the wiser. Our actor is getting tanned at least twice a week.

  5. Stallone's getting great reviews for Creed and predictions of an Oscar nom believe it or not. So I don't think he's the one Enty never wants to see again in a drama. Don't think he can be categorized as A+ lister anymore either.

Does Enty consider Adam Sandler A+ list?? Hope not.

  6. You know he wasn't my first thought (Adam Sandler) but now that i think about it:
    1) without a doubt, he is much better in comedies than dramas ....and 2) he has been looking tan lately.O_o

  7. and I wouldn't consider Adam Sandler A+ list by any means...but maybe Enty does?

@sadie- true. Maybe it's Channing Tatum though he did well in Foxcatcher. He or maybe Vince Vaugn.

How do I explain this tastefully? A "rub and tug" is a massage where a man receives a "rub" then a "tug" at the end (i.e., the masseur/masseuse tugs on their manly part repeatedly for sexual climax/release).

My interpretation of the blind is that the recipient received the same treatment prior to the spray tan.

Wow, I did explain it tastefully. Kudos to me!

Robert De Niro? His "comedic stylings" have kind of ruined him for drama for me, at least...

  17. Maybe it is DeNiro, based on his most recent "comedic stylings". The red band trailer for that new movie he did was Zac Efron is unbelievably awful. I can't believe DeN has sunk so far; surely he can't need cash that bad?

You don't. You send them off to google by themselves.

John Travolta's looking less "pasty" these days. Criminal Minds got mixed reviews (some thought it was confusing, some liked it for that reason). And he sure needs to stay far, far, away from a massage & tug!

After yesterday's B.S. it's probably Gary Busey is someone who doesn't fit the description at all.

  21. Sean Peen? He's looking super orange lately.

Meh. If DeNiro wanted to try a serious role again, I'd love to see it.

Sean Penn isn't married and doesn't have a steady girlfriend. Why would he hide out in a tanning salon for a hand job? I love his work and would see it any time.

I don't know if Sandler's A anymore, although the letter rankings are the last thing to rely on with Enty. I liked "Spanglish" but probably wouldn't want to see him attempt a really serious dramatic role.

Travolta's not a bad guess, although I'd see him act again. I've always liked him, poor Scieno slave that he is.

Jackman's not a bad guess either, after the Palermo fiasco I don't think he has anyone steady. I'd watch him act again, no problem.

  24. A+ leaves very few and who stink in drama, but I'll guess RDJ who doesn't, but is better in comedy.

My immediate thought is Channing Tatum.
Enty obviously doesn't like him but he got respectable reviews for his dramatic turn in "Foxcatcher".
(And personally i liked him in "Side Effects" too)
