Blind Item #6

This former actress who actually made a name for herself before giving it all up for marriage was a mess at a premiere the other night. The actress still has B+ list name recognition and had obviously taken some of her get through the day pills. Combined with her lip fillers and botox no one could understand anything she was saying and just kept nodding and smiling.
