Blind Item #3
When this former A+ list singer who does nothing now except chain smoke and date famous people says he needs to relax, it means he is headed to an apartment he leases to just sit back and do drugs and drink for 24 hours. This is a once a week thing he has been doing for the past decade or so.
Manson?

ReplyDeleteGoing with James Blunt.
ReplyDeleteJames Blunt is MARRIED
ReplyDeleteDon't get how a singer can become a smoker, but whatevs.
ReplyDeleteJohn Mellencamp?
ReplyDeleteCould be him---I associate him with smoking more than Meyer but he came out with an album last year and was on tour. He is also doing more dates next year...
ReplyDeleteCant read comments! This site is getting worse
ReplyDeleteLike melloncamp..but last 2 decades sitting around, really
ReplyDeleteYeah, dancers too. Everybody needs their lungs in good shape but singers and dancers really need them.
ReplyDeleteMellencamp keeps busy. We only know who he's dating because he is photographed boarding or exiting his tour plane with them.
I'm not a fan of his but recently watched the Dylan 30th Anniversary Celebration and he's one of a handful of acts that didn't suck. He opened the show and it was mostly downhill from there.
Probably meant to be Mellencamp, I guess.
ReplyDeleteJoni Mitchell was a chain smoker since age 13. Anybody know what happened with her? Any news?
ReplyDeleteIt can't be Mellencamp-- Unless Enty doesn't know what he is talking about. Mellencamp has put out 4 or 5 albums in the last decade, plus put together a Broadway show with Stephen King and T Bone Burnett, all in addition to his art gallery exhibits, Farm Aid and various other pet projects, and touring. I think he does quite a bit and stays busy.
ReplyDeleteBest I can remember from a couple of months ago was that she was out of the hospital but couldn't talk. I think it was from Steven Stills who also said she was the best the generation had.
ReplyDeleteSmoking doesn't just wreck the lungs. It causes wear and tear on most of the body's systems. If you have a problem somewhere but the rest of the system is in good shape, surgeons usually are optimistic about recovery.
When did he get paroled?
ReplyDeleteSorry. Didn't catch the ten year thing. Going with Tony Bennett for the win.
