Blind Item #1
They both have played gay characters, but both of these actors are closeted and dating each other. One is a B- list mostly television actor who was last seen on a hit network show. The other was a constant on a hit almost network show that had much bigger stars. Now he is a take what you can get ad probably will end up being on Broadway a lot just like our B- lister.
Darren cross and
ReplyDeleteChase Crawford nd Matthew Morrison
ReplyDeleteDarren across/Chris Brochu(Vampire Diaries)
ReplyDeleteboth Cross' Glee character and Brochu's VD were gay
ReplyDeleteHey tricia! I think it's Darren Criss not Cross. Lol! Good mornen!
ReplyDeleteDerp- yes it is!! Hope he's not"cross with me " if he sees this lol.
ReplyDeleteDarren Criss and Aaron Tveit
ReplyDeleteDarrens Criss and Dan Paolo (Eric from Gossip Girl)
ReplyDeleteUff...Darren Criss is not gay, he is straight and has a "gorgeus" gf, ok? If he was straight, he would say so. And Glee was very, very, gay friendly, too, why should he hide? So, don't you dare to say his name close to anything that the word" STRAIGHT". ok?
ReplyDeleteNo, seriously, i have read so many comments like that, like D Criss would turn over a lifetime chance of a role, the possibility to gain lot of fans, money, etc, just to be honest with himself. And like Fox hasn't tried to keep C Colfer in the closet in the past, too.And like, even assuming that Fox was ok to Criss being gay, the problem wasn't ( but it was) Glee, but the chance to get OTHERS roles beyond Glee.
Btw, Criss and someone else? I don't think is Morrison, whenever has Morrison played gay? Did he?
I think for this site he it is an open secret that Criss is gay.Like Morrison is BI - but I don't know about the other "closeted actor" .That is hard to guess.
ReplyDeleteFags be faggin' So what you're saying is their roles weren't a stretch? (except for their asses?)

ReplyDeleteAgain, has Tveit played a gay charactere? I think is more likely Brochu, that i ddn't know of, so i checked , but his show is still going...
ReplyDeleteokay, ANYBODY that says Darren Criss is not gay WANTS HIM TO NOT BE GAY.
ReplyDeletekeep that in mind.
Fox tried to keep Colfer in the closet? LOL. No need; he can't pass for straight, which is also why being out can't hurt his career. But it could hurt the many straight-passing, closeted actors. It's sad they have to live that lie but generally still necessary to make a living in this industry. (I doubt Quinto would have been cast as Spock if he was out at the time.)
ReplyDelete" Fox tried to keep Colfer in the closet? LOL. No need; he can't pass for straight" Oh, yes, they tried, so some papers has written, with the motivation that they didn't want him to be " typecasted" ( yeah, right)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, yes, Chris is quite obvious, but he is a good actor and i think he could have masked his feminine side, MAYBE if he really wanted. And, for the record, i often find Criss more flamboyant, feminine, and overall gayer than Colfer.
Darren Criss and Aaron Tveit. Aaron played gay in Howl, Darren played gay in Glee. The TV shows they're referring to is probably Gossip Girl and Glee. Boom.
ReplyDeleteDarren Criss and ?
ReplyDelete+1 @Naked Chi & @ AshBey & @ Sancho Panza with the goods on 'em!!!
ReplyDeletePig-fucking homophobes are pig fuckers.
ReplyDeleteHoney, if a "gorgeous" girlfriend is all the evidence you need that DC is straight, you are very naive indeed.
ReplyDeleteI must protest Enty's characterization of Broadway roles some sort of second best. Try doing 8 shows a week. It's not easy.
ReplyDeleteI don't think he's saying Broadway roles aren't demanding - it's just that they're no longer the star-making vehicles they once were, and are now taken by actors who have lost TV/film buzz, are past their prime, etc. The only time big stars take Broadway roles is if they're British or Australian, or trying to prove their acting cred (Bradley Cooper springs immediately to mind).
ReplyDeleteHoney, i think D Criss is gay, i was just acting a LOT of his fans that uses that phrase( he is not gay, he has an " amazing", " gorgeus", etc, gf.)
ReplyDeleteYeah, i am stunned like you by that stupidity.
Have to disagree about Colfer. He's talented, but he tried to "play straight" in that high school movie he made and couldn't manage it. Didn't help that it was one of the most unlikable teen protagonists ever, IMO. Criss might be gay, but he can believably play straight onscreen. This blind with Aaron Tveit is certainly just based on the promo bit they did for that show referenced above. But, hey, they'd make a cute couple; more power to 'em!
ReplyDeleteWell, i haven't seen the movie, just some glimpses of it, so, i can't really tell about it ( but wasn't his charactere supposed to be sexually ambiguous?) , i based my opinion on his rc appearances, on his guesting on an hideous show, HiC, where he played straight, and especially on his way to handle sai swords, as much weird as that might be, cause there he shows quite a masculinity, impressive, so, i think MAYBE, there is potential, there, working on it. And he CAN lower his voice.
ReplyDeleteBetter i don't tell my opinion about Criss performance in the GML movie, though even there i have just seen gifs, but quite telling to me.
