At an after party following the 2009 Video Music Awards. You remember that one? Kanye West crashing Taylor Swift's acceptance speech. Yeah, anyway, this one named female singer hooked up with the then girlfriend of the crasher.

    Why would Ashanti be at the awards? She had no nominations and is a has been. Pink was there. Google Ashanti 2009 VMAs and nothing will come up.
