She is a celebrity. A part-time reality star. An A++ list last name when it comes to name recognition. She is married. She doesn't want to be married. In public she puts on happy faces when she is with her husband. Because that is a pain, she rarely ventures out in public with him any longer. She has someone else. Older. Father figure type. Makes sense. Her father is an imposing sort. Very imposing. She does what he says and right now he says she is not allowed to get divorced. She has to be the happy wife and part of the happy couple and happy family. It is all one big happy piece of American pie. She agreed. The dad doesn't know about the older man she is seeing.
