Blind Item #6
This B+ list rapper's money problems are so bad that he is pressing for a marriage really quickly to his reality star girlfriend. He has been trying to get her to do it but since she is filming there has not been a chance. He knows there will be a prenup but he doesn't care. He just wants her to pay for everything now and he will finally have a chance to get some breathing room.
Tyga/Kylie

ReplyDeleteTyga and Kylie work as well
What kind of moron would pay 50k a month to rent in Calabasas? It's an awful town.
ReplyDeleteBow Wow and Erica Mena
ReplyDeleteAlso saw a few articles today bout kylie sporting an "engagement ring"
ReplyDeleteyea this is kylie and tyga.
ReplyDeleteI saw she pierced her nipplies which I think means she is still going ahead with the barely legal sex tape idea once she turns 18
The SECOND Kartrashian Kindness B.I. --I hope Kylie Does this & ends up showing w/o question what an immature ignorant fool she is---it makes sense though b/c who wouldn't pay the back rent for your Lover's F*** Nest w/his Ex???
ReplyDeleteHow come "Celebrities" spend so much on a place to essentially just sleep, yet they won't spend a dime on NNN income property which would help secure their future income once their career is finished? So short sighted!
ReplyDeleteDick Van Patten is a perfect example of a celebrity who had foresight and lived comfortably for the rest of his life from his "Eight is Enough" money!
Hey David, what is NNN income property? This seems like something I should know.
ReplyDeleteNNN stands for Net Taxes, Net Insurance, Net Maintenance.
ReplyDeleteFor example: A Walgreen's is usually a NNN property, or a fast-food restaurant.
It's where the tenant pays ALL the expenses on your property through a NNN Lease including the monthly rent.
David, you've mentioned NNN investments before and caught my interest. I do a little residential RE investing but am always looking to branch out. I'll hit the internet for more info but are there any books, websites, etc you'd recommend?
ReplyDeleteWhat area are you in and are there regions you like over others? How competitive is it to get a top tier tenant with minimal default risk? Thank you.
Yoga and Kylie for the win.
ReplyDelete@David, I enjoy your presence in the comments, because I continue to learn new things from your expertise. Like Sam, I had not heard of NNN Income Property before, and will now be doing some research. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAs for the blind. I concur that this is Tyga/Kylie. He won't have to marry her if the sex tape they release once she turns 18 is as profitable as Ray-J & Kim's.
Wouldn't it be funny if in a few short years the Kardashian empire collapses and meanwhile, Ray-J continues to earn a killing from investments from his profits from the video?
I mean Tyga the tyke lover. Why iPhone would edit him to yoga- idk!!
ReplyDelete@ YouWish, ya gotta love auto-correct !!! that was hysterical---we thought you were sooo f***ing deep!!! ( just kidding)
