Blind Item #1

This celebrity offspring is not as well known as one of her siblings, but she does have some celebrity of her own. She also wants the world to know she is sober and the family ticks off her sobriety accomplishments. Thing is, she is using a ton and her family seems to think it is ok. Enabling.

    In this case, "ticking off" is another way to say putting a check mark next to something on a list, indicating that the item has been done.

    I thought this might be referencing the party at demi;s house over the weekend where a guy drowned in the pool/Talleluh was taking pix at party etc...but dunno:(
