Mr. X Blind Item #7

What closeted foreign born A-list athlete had his PR people send a cease and desist order to some photogs who took some pics of the athlete and his son on vacation because the athlete's boyfriend was with them on this excursion? The PR people said they needed to crop out the boyfriend from the photos or no photos at all... which they did
