Blind Items Revealed #3
February 3, 2015
This A+ list mogul/reality star who really wants to be a rapper won’t speak out publicly against this new show, but is making sure behind the scenes that people know he is against it. A lot of his financing comes from people who consider the show to be hateful and want to make it clear they won’t provide money for any projects to people who support it.
Sean Combs/Empire
Is 'Empire' about P Diddy?
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'll start watching it.
What's so hateful about Empire?
ReplyDeleteIf this is true, then why was his stepson Quincy the initial choice to play Hakeem?
ReplyDeleteThe Lucious character is supposed to be a mix of Diddy, Jay Z and Suge Knight.
ReplyDeleteMaybe because Quincy didn't get the part. The P apparently stands for Petty.
ReplyDeleteStereotypes, that black people can only be successful if they are rappers/selling drugs.
ReplyDeleteBut the show is based on the hip hop industry....
ReplyDeleteShssssh we aren't suppose to observe these actors are portraying me baaad hip hop singers, promoters, rappers, selling drugs, treating people cruel, acting like thugs and doing other wicked stuff like that..
ReplyDeleteHe can grumble all he wants - that show is a HUGE hit. It's not going anywhere and more people than ever want to guest on it. Suck it, Puff Doodles.
ReplyDeleteAnd I am STILL struggling to understand why...
ReplyDeleteHe's jealous as usual...
ReplyDeletethe way he has dogged every rapper he has signed and their monies ought to be against the law, and HE is against this show.
