Blind Items Revealed #3
October 16, 2012
This top 10 American Idol finalist with much bigger name recognition than you would think because of a former B list celebrity boyfriend on a hit show, was so hammered at a party in the past two nights that she was making out with some random guy at the party and when he could not get his hands up her top because it was so tight, she just took the whole thing off and was bare to the room. She didn't even care.

ReplyDeleteTwo and a half years later, I still have no idea who the hell these people are. Must be really celebrated /s
ReplyDelete'American Idol' lost relevance when Simon walked away. And, I didn't watch it then, either.
ReplyDeleteThis was the first Simon-free season, and it was a flop. (It was the year Scotty McCreery won, so perhaps you skipped it.) Pia was the big power-ballad girl from Staten Island that Jennifer Lopez (her first year judging) loved. She became a "shocking" early elimination when she had one bad week and the Judges had already wasted their "save" (once a year, the judges get to say "up yours" to the voters and keep a fave around) on Casey the Hipster Douche early on.
ReplyDeleteThe other contestants were shocked, too, because Pia was exactly the sort of party girl the blind describes (there was one clip of the finalists play-wrestling around the house; Pia was tossing the boys around like a champ) and kept the mix light. Much wailing ensued, but was forgotten within a month, well before Scotty's inevitable (and utterly dull) coronation.
Mark Ballas is dancer on DWTS and his dad Corky is apparently a coach and Derek and Julianne Hough lived with them growing up. Despite this, he's never had the profile of the Houghs or the Chmerikovsky (sp?) brothers, so he was trying at this time to get a rock band going, with not much success. (I seem to remember a blind suggesting that he was offering blow jobs to Jimmy Iovine so he could get backing, although I don't remember the source of the blind or if it was ever truly solved.) Thought was that Mark might have been more interested in Pia's fleeting sympathy-fame than in Pia herself, so it's not surprising the "romance" ended quickly.
And that's more info than any of this is worth, tbh.
