Mr.X Blind Item #2
What foreign born B/C-list actor currently on a historically based cable series, has been posting pics on social media of him and his boyfriend? His PR people are obviously encouraging it, because he's still at the beginning of his career and not at a point where it would be a setback
Kit Harrington GOT?
ReplyDeletehe's got a huge fanbase of young(& old) women though
ReplyDeleteI want to say someone from Vikings on History.
ReplyDeletei hope its not my Jamie on "Outlander"--- show like Black Sails or cable like Jamie Bell on the Civil War on AMC or the Aussie cutie on "The Vikings"--he has his friends/mates pictured on social media--loved his 1st interview on Kelly & Michael-she didn't know what to ask him-he totally perplexed her-lol
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't say premium cable so it can be someone completely different ,like on Mad Men.
ReplyDeleteJussie Smollett, Empire.
ReplyDeleteTravis Fimmel is the name
ReplyDeleteNoooooooooo!! Please not Jamie from Outlander! That would totally wreck my fantasy!
ReplyDeleteJames Norton/ Grantchester/ PBS
ReplyDeleteWhat about someone from Turn? It's on AMC and the next season is starting soon? Jamie Bell?
ReplyDeleteI weep for the people who are under the impression that "Game of Thrones" is "historically-based."
ReplyDeleteEmpire isn't on cable.
ReplyDeletegood guess but I don't think Fox is considered Cable though I'm a bit confused on channels that are considered cable & those that aren't (& it's been explained to me before i just can't keep them straight)
ReplyDeleteNoooo, not Ragnar!
ReplyDeletesnort...agree
ReplyDeletedon't be so condescending...next thing you'll be saying is that there is no such thing as dragons... ; )
ReplyDeleteNooooo! I want him to be mine, too! :(
ReplyDeleteHe's adorable.
ReplyDeleteOutlander is not exactly historically based either! Time traveling, etc.
ReplyDeleteHe is...but not sure it's "historical" it's based on a series of books.
ReplyDeleteLast guess- Tom Hobbs/ Spartucaus- Vengeance/ Starz channel
Nah, not Kit. He's already hooked up with Dany and Ygritte IRL.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, after a bit of research I must say that none of the above suggestions came up with any results. For example: if you want to publish pictures on social media you would need accounts with at least Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. After checking all the above actors I haven't found any photos of boyfriends on their accounts (unless they were removed), which means there has to be another forign born actor that has those photos published. I don't live in US so I wouldn't know any other historical TV shows currently showing there.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking someone from Turn, too, though I didn't watch the show enough to get a sense of who this could be. (It wouldn't be Jamie Bell--he's a least B+ and was married to Evan Rachel Wood, wasn't he?)
ReplyDeleteJamie Bell is pretty famous from Billy Elliot. That makes him A list in my book. He is definitely not at the beginning of his career although he's still young.
ReplyDeleteWhat about Daniel Henshall from Turn? He is Australian.
ReplyDeleteThink it may be Tom Hobbs on "Spartacus - Vengeance "on Starz as I posted a bit earlier on thread.( sorry to repeat)- can't find social media on him..but definitely no GF either in pix
ReplyDeleteVikings? Or anything from this list:

I think if it's supposed to happen somewhere in Earth's history, then even with the addition of some fantastical elements, we can call it "historically-based" (emphasis on "based"). GoT isn't even on set on Earth, in case the inclusion of multi-year summers/winters didn't tip some people off to that.
ReplyDeleteI've heard Fimmel is gay, I don't think he's ever had a girlfriend.
ReplyDeleteOutlander does have a historical backdrop though and they become more involved in historical events as the series goes on. That being said, I doubt it's any of the folks listed. No way would Starz or any publicist would allow Sam Heughan post pics with a boyfriend when he is supposed to be playing every female's fantasy man. Jamie Bell has been married and is going to be in Fantastic Four, so I think he ranks higher. I am wondering if it is George Blagden from Vikings? The only shows I can think of that have some type of historical angle is Outlander, Turn or Vikings.
ReplyDeleteGabaldon did her historical homework with the Outlander series, that's for sure!..it take 3-5yrs for a new book to come out,due to the fact of all the research she does for each book..I'm sure you already know that tho! lol..I hate and love that it takes that long..she always leaves a huge cliff hanger (grrr!!) but I always know that the next book will be fantastic, because of all the time and research she puts in to each one. I've been dreaming about Jamie for years..Sam Heughan, does him justice..imo. damn,he's fine!
ReplyDelete; ) I was thinking the same thing!
ReplyDeleteI'm gonna guess Tom Burke, The Musketeers.
I've looked at the above suggestions again and the only person that could fit the BI is Jamie Bell. Firstly, he is separated and secondly he looked very chummy in one of the photos he posted on his Twitter account. The name of the guy is Federico Rodriguez. That's the only thing I had so far.
ReplyDeleteBen Barnes, Sons of. Liberty?
ReplyDeletetravis fimmel is not gay he dates 7 women previouse girl is ciara lynch
