Mr. X Blind Item #3

What ailing country music icon who might not make it through 2015 was approached at the nursing home he's currently staying at by a newly employed CNA who told him her mom is his biggest fan and could she take a selfie with him to send to her? Well, some of his family members were soon notified and the CNA was quickly fired from her job. She's trying to assemble a legal team to sue the family, unaware that they're strapped for cash.

    Randy Travis.
Could well be Glen Campbell, as @sandybrook guessed.
Both on the Nearly Departed List.
(not that there's anything funny about that, it's just a list)

OMG! Has this been a Teigen-free week?!
If not, I must simply have been fortunate and missed the Cabbage Patch Hooker.
    It's been great!

  9. The CNA should be doing her job, not taking selfies. The man is in a nursing home for a reason. He does not need to be bothered with such stupid requests.

She should sue herself for being so stupid.

@Bingo blind items are written by Enty(s). Mr. X is an up & coming gossip blogger that Enty is helping get exposure. Mr. X blinds tend to be easier & no need to over think them.

  12. I'm sure this will all go away when the possibility of a HIPAA privacy law violation is thrown up.

Seriously? No attorney will take the case. The CNA was in violation of HIPPA. Big time. She deserved to be fired.
    That being said...

What are the grounds for suing the family? The nursing home fired the dumb ass? If it is Glen Campbell, she would have NO CASE for asking anything of some one with alzheimers. Don't get me started on stupid workers. UGH

This isn't a HIPAA violation. It IS stupid and a general invasion of his privacy, but not in the HIPAA way.

I know about Glen Campbell, but what's wrong with Randy Travis that he would be in a nursing home? He's relatively young isn't he?

hothotheat- I am afraid this is a HIPPA violation. By taking a picture of Glen and relaying it to outside people, she is telling them he is a resident of a specific nursing home. It does not matter if they may have already guessed it, that is a big NO in the health profession.
