This former A+list singer who now relies mostly on television to make money is trying every trick she can to get her ex to help her out with her career. With him around she was at the top and now she is not. Apparently he wants to hook up with her and I think she might do it even though she is with someone else.

ReplyDeleteJordan Bratman isn't a music producer and he had very little do with her career. I think he worked in the marketing department of RCA.

Jordan didn't A&R any of her albums. And her first flop album was Bionic which came out while they were still married, which renders this blind item pointless. Her career was starting to suffer when they were still married and they didn't work together much anyway.

ReplyDeleteI think it is her ex-husband. She may have started to spiral down in popularity at the end of her marriage but she was getting blasted for rampant cheating with men and women and being an out of control drunk at that time too. She went from people really thinking she had her act together as a performer, wife, and mom to a mess and massive diva that people were disgusted by pretty quickly.
ReplyDeleteBratman definitely was the good guy coming out of it and I believe their son still lives primarily with him. So I can see her living in the land of delusion like Mimi does and not being able to accept her own shortcomings in albums not selling well and a bad attitude and therefore thinking if Bratman helps her, that she will recapture her fame from her golden period which was definitely while she was with him.
