#1 - This A list talk show host wants to raise $5M for charity by auctioning off as many tickets as it takes to his last show. It is all going to be done under the radar with no one knowing it is him.
#2 - This foreign born former model turned host turned celebrity who is more famous for her partner than her career has been in some blinds before but is going to get a reprieve after she managed to raise $500K for a charity she founded. It might not sound like a ton of money but it managed to be enough to build 100 homes with running water and electricity in her home country.
#3 - This foreign born B list comic actress is in a support group for over eaters and sponsors 25 people all on her own and they are so important to her that she will interrupt shooting or call in sick just to be with one of her people if they need help. she is literally there for them 24/7.

ReplyDeleteHonestly, I think it's Colbert. Letterman's finale is set for some time in May, but I could see Colbert doing this right before Christmas so it turns into a huge win for some of his charities (Wriststrong not withstanding)

ReplyDelete#1 is BS as it's a violation of FCC regulations to sell tickets to a broadcast TV or radio show.
