Weather is great today and supposed to turn fall like tomorrow. I have enjoyed the brief Indian Summer for the b'day.
Delete@Kat Watch the whole show. It was a match of 3 strong personalities. I know nothing about Cricket either. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Taylor makes more in a year than the other three combined and I think that was weighing heavily on Clease's mind. He was the one acting bitchy. He was more snippy than witty.

ReplyDeleteI actually think John Cleese was quite taken with ole Swifty. I could hear him say, a few times, how funny she is. (usually while the audience was cheering, so it wasn't very clear.
I don't like her, at all, bup she wasn't too bad on this.
I had the same reaction from watching the snippet. Seems like she does have a sense of humor, it's just more deadpan and understated. She teased him back about his huge cat. I thought it was cute.

@Lady: good to know I've got company! My daughter and I love Taylor's songs (and Katy's-- we don't chose sides). Both of us sing badly but energetically along with them during the school commute.
