Four For Friday -Traditional
Two weeks from today is Halloween. It is rare when Halloween takes place on the weekend like that. The great thing about it is that I think the time changes Saturday night so it is a perfect time for a party. #1 - This foreign born A-list mostly movie actor who everyone thought would probably be A list by now after his franchise ended certainly has a type when it comes to girlfriends. Edgy and someone who prefers women more than men.
#2- That didn't last long. Cheating on both sides is ending this marriage quickly. B+ list actor/performer/reality star and his B+ list celebrity wife.
#3- This A list network host is really young for his job. He was even younger when he used to hook up with the man who held the same job long ago.
#4- She (married B list celebrity/former model) posted one photo to social media, but the rest of the photos when she took off what she was wearing she sent to this C list celebrity offspring to convince him to make a sex tape with her. He has been wavering on whether he wants to. It will be a big seller, but he doesn't need the money and is not that desperate for fame. She is.

ReplyDeleteDid you see the twitstorm where it came out that Mia Farrow had been paid $188,000 to go down to Ecuador and protest against Chevron's environmental practises?
The problem with this is, apparently the case against Chevron was riddled with corruption and bribery So Mia Farrow's hands look pretty dirty at this point - and not with oil like in the photo.
I guess I am not shocked that some celebrities get paid big bucks to be "humanitarians" but I do think it's repulsive because they're out in public getting credit for loving the planet, or third world orphans, or whatever - while they're PROFITING off it.
Ashley Judd is one of those people making a small fortune giving speeches on the rubber chicken circuit - and she never donates a dime to charity that I've heard of. Yet calls herself a "philanthropist."
She's famous for saying she reads the dictionary - guess she hasn't gotten to the letter P yet because people who get paid to give speeches are not being philanthropic by any definition of the word.
And spending a few weeks in Africa and Asia years ago being chauffered around in air-conditioned cars doesn't qualify as humanitarian work in my book.
#3 could be Ronan Farrow.
