I thought Danny and Julia had a pretty extensive real estate portfolio already. I read this as someone newer to money, with few material assets to split.
Tougher than you think. Julia Roberts already has several expensive homes, adding another one doesn't add divorce value. Scarjo supposedly already put new hubby's name on the titles to her houses.
If it is Julia Roberts hubby I'd say he's earned it. It does sound more like Hathaway. She doesn't have a good track record with non-shady men does she?
