Amanda Bynes Says She Is Engaged And Some Other Disturbing Stuff

“I am very needy for friendship and I hate men. I want to f**k them, but I can now say I’m engaged — get away from me. I want to be married and I want to be away from people.”

And so began the words of Amanda Bynes to In Touch. She says her soon to be husband is 19 and works in a bait shop which I hope is code for a pot dispensary because that is all I see Amanda marrying. The thing is, if she does get married to this guy, if he is real is that he could probably block any attempts by her parents to place Amanda under a Conservatorship and if a judge thought Amanda needed one could volunteer himself.

If you thought the first quote was disturbing, it gets even more so. “I want boys, for sure. However many I can pop out. I don’t want a gorgeous girl around. Then I [would] feel way jealous. Ew.”

Imagining Amanda Bynes pregnant and responsible for another life is not something I want to think about or the fact that she says ew aloud in a sentence or her statement about being jealous of her daughter. Just these two quotes show you how much she needs help and someone needs to help her in a hurry.

  1. In what context was this interview given?

  2. It's in In Touch nothing in that shit can be taken as a fact. Jen Aniston is in there preggers every two or three months.
If Amanda truly wants to be left alone it's very easy to disappear. AQnd she wouldn't allow papping or give interviews.

  3. It was quotes though. You can't make that stuff up that she says.

  5. She may have actually talked to In Touch in an interview and said this. But yes, most of the stuff in the magazine is BS. Except for the ads, I guess. I feel bad for Bynes. I really hope she gets her shit together one day.

  6. Yes, most of the stuff in Intouch is complete BS, publicist send in stories, made up rumors for attention, etc.
But an interview with direct quotes cannot be made up. That would be the easiest slam dunk libel case ever. She has gone off the rails to do an interview like that.

  7. I am actually living for this!! QUEEN DA BYNES!!

  8. She doesn't "need help." Helping someone like Bynes is ultimately futile and hopeless, as her own parents have clearly discovered. The best thing she can do now is to go ahead and exterminate herself as quickly and cleanly as possible--hopefully before she manages to reproduce. And the best thing others can do is to stand back and let her get on with it.

    2. Ugh, hopefully Robert never reproduces either. He'll teach his kids to think ass backwards too.

  9. Quit yer fake ass hand-wringing, Entern.

Amanda's mother CHOSE not to extend the temporary conservatorship that was already in place. It will be next to impossible to set up a new conservatorship unless Amanda does serious harm.

And I pray that nothing like that happens to (or by) her.

If you want to do something constructive for Amanda, QUIT WRITING ABOUT HER. Oh yeah, that requires integrity. Never mind.

I sincerely hope & pray that Amanda stays safe & can find help. Because she's very ill.

  10. Geez Robert...so everyone with mental illensses should just off themselves? May we all be thankful you haven't been made king of the world.

  11. Poor Mandy. Back on the crazy train with no chance of getting proper care it seems. I wish her well, I really do.

  12. Someone, somehow help her.

  13. I sure hope her mom & dad win the "parents of the year" award for their lack of judgement, denial of mental health issues in their child and naivety.

  14. How can you force help on someone who clearly doesn't want it and will not accept it? Maybe her parents can get another conservatorship, but they will be taking care of someone who might be dangerous 24/7, and they're pretty old. And once again, they can't force her to get herself together. Not sure if they can force her to take her meds but I can't imagine living with a schizophrenic would be anything but horrible and potentially dangerous. Not saying they shouldn't help her, but we also don't know what's gone on in their house or their reasons for not trying to help her. We also don't know that they aren't, they may be working hard behind the scenes to help, they don't need to announce their business to the public. So basically, who the hell knows. Hope she gets better but I'm not going to hold my breath.

  15. She is mentally ill. Just because she can walk around and put a few words together does not mean she's fine. She needs help. She doesn't need a husband, a dog or babies. She needs someone to care enough to get her help. Her parents need to be sat down by someone and have their minds opened up. They took her off her meds because they said she was fine. Yep, they were a big help. Mental illness is an awful thing and when people don't understand the harm that it will eventually do to a person...you get people like poor Amanda walking around, doing things that only the mentally ill would do. This is awful.

  18. Dlisted says Amanda also told Intouch she's ready to settle down with Caleb ("fiancé") in NY and doesn't want to design her wedding dress but will do it anyway bc she's too picky

  19. Wow Robert I feel bad for you.

This is really sad, I hope she stays safe. Could her parents have extended the conservatorship?

All the reports coming out are saying that she was still acting weird even when she was at FIDM, was she still with her parents then?

You can't help someone who won't accept it.

  20. This right here is the reason we need to bring back an established mental health care system with improved regulations and treatment standards. We DO need mental hospitals and we need them in great supply.

  21. Well now I know why my offer of Vicodins was spurned.

Miss Mandy, you don't need some lil boy in your life. You need an older man, who has been around the block and knows how to handle hot, mental broads. Sure there will be a smack here and a yoke up there, but they are all for the greater good. I'm sure the weed and dick in jail won't be up to your standards, so it is best to find a guy to help you get your act together before it comes to that.

  22. This is awful BUT

“I am very needy for friendship and I hate men. I want to f**k them, but I can now say I’m engaged — get away from me. I want to be married and I want to be away from people.”

Am I the only one that thinks aint that the truth??! lol

  23. If she wants men to stay away from her why doesn't she just get a third boob implant like the rest of us do?

  24. @Kat-----lmao---you win the internet for the day.

Se is CLEARLY not thinking of her options; )

  25. Has her diagnosis ever been public knowledge? I don't think so.
As well it shouldn't be. I don't understand why so many people say she's mentally ill (for sure) when it could very well be drugs. Drugs she is concieously buying and taking in tbe beginning. Of coarse once you're using thats a different story. But if she choses to be a druggy, most will agree you can only try to help them so much and if they won't go thru with help on their own....it's heartbreaking to loved ones, but ...they have to quit themselves.

I don't know her or her mental / medical diagnosis. But it seems like her parents definitely tried. Maybe they've seen first hand, it's a drug use problem and they've come to that point of realization that she has to decide to quit. That makes more sense than parents who were trying hard to help her and now stop cuz they suddenly don't give a crap.

  26. Yay! The girl who nearly set her dog on fire 14 months ago now wants kids. What could go wrong?

  28. If she hates people, then she should really reconsider moving to NYC. Hard to get away from other people here.

  31. Amanda's mom is allegedly flying out to be with Amanda and get an intervention going. I'm rooting for ya, kid!

    ReplyDelete
  32. And just who the fuck is going to help her? She's an adult and getting an adult declared incompetent is no easy task. She'll have to start setting driveways or dogs on fire again for the process to even start. She's a loon with money.

    ReplyDelete
  33. OMFG I had no idea. First somebody commented that they were afraid for that dog, and I didn't really focus on the comment ... then @Ramone Love talked about setting a dog on fire and I thought "well that's a tasteless thing to joke about" then I freaking GOOGLED it.

OMFG. Who "accidentally" douses a dog with gasoline?

This woman is soooo sick. I mean, very very mentally ill. Way more so than the usual people we snipe at on here like Britney, Mimi, whoever...

    1. Pruney- huh. The fire thing reminded me of my friends mother who i guess was schizoid because she heard voices. This was in the 60's, so idk how well dx-ed she was. Anyway, one day whole we were in high school, her mom cut off her ear, burned her hair on her head off and god knows what else because the voices told her to. Shit gets serious very fast. ( she was in ward for months, then came home and was on meds rest of her life and closely monitrred. Died of natural causes) when i think now of all odd things in my friends house-like there wee once pistacio nuts in the salt because the voices told her mom to- i feel bad that mb i wasnt as sensitive as I could hv been.

  35. @auntliddy - couldn't tell from how you wrote it, whether the mom cut off her own ear or your friend's ear???

Doesn't all this make you grateful that your brain works normally? I mean, I've always taken being sane for granted but ... not everybody has that.
