Dude that fucking sucks. I got love one time when I went to build a homeless family a house in Tijuana. It was the worst and further proof that no good deed goes unpunished.
If he has kids it's not unusual. Doesn't mean anyone else has it but oh so common. I feel for him though. I wouldn't be surprised if he's paying some co-pays for trips to the dr. for Quell. Although, maybe now some of that OTC stuff is effective. Wasn't when I got them..OR scabies.
Ugh, I fear this email or note every single year. My friend does live squad at school and I honestly don't know how.. If I saw those suckers on a kids' head I'd probably run away
Grease your hair for a few days. My kids are AA and they NEVER get lice because they always have product in their hair. They don't even check the Black kids at school. I do, just in case.
Both of my kids got lice a few years ago and I had to wash every bed item and all the stuffed animals they slept with - 14 hours worth of laundry. It sucked my lady balls
Meh. Anyone with kids get exposed to it. I think all parents have had it at one time or another. Hell the number of people walking around with them that don't know it is amazing, ask a hairdresser for horror stories.
This is pretty unlikely. Lice is easy to pick up from someone who has it, and kids bring it home from school, but lice don't like testosterone. Therefore men and boys once they hit puberty are rarely infected. Maybe it's not true, but I was told this by the Lice Lady, who I hired to disinfect my daughter and I. She was lucky enough to b a good girl in class and get to sit in the special reading chair in 6th grade. Every girls that sat in it ended up with lice. This was the week beforehand 6th grade camp. The kids were told there would be a lice check before boarding the bus, and if Infected, you wouldn't get to go. We tried the mayo treatment and it didn't work. We tried the over the counter shampoo and it didn't work. The Lice Lady worked. She also checked all boys/men in the house and they were fine.
I recommend the oil treatments, you have to put it in your hair every other day for like 20 days but it works. I tried the shampoo like 4 times and it didn't work. I probably didn't get all the nits.
I am now scratching my head. I was mortified to have it in my house. 5 kids- 3 in school.... it happens. I bought stock in bleach and Nix. I also shaved all 4 boys heads. I nit-picked my daughter daily.
Enty, Just put Mayo on your head. Your good!
