Joe And Teresa Giudice Divorcing

Last week, Joe and Teresa Giudice listed their home for sale. Yesterday they listed their beach house and boat for sale. Why all the selling? The couple is divorcing and have reached a settlement so are dividing all the cash. Homes are not going to do Joe Giudice any good for the next several years or maybe forever if he is deported so in the divorce he wants cash. Teresa doesn't have enough money to buy him out of either of the properties so they are selling them and will split the proceeds. I would expect an announcement of their divorce once all the properties are actually sold. If they announce it prior to the sale, then people will low ball them because they know they need the money.

  1. I think this should be published in 6 foot headlines in every magazine, written in the sky by hundreds of airplanes carrying banners so they dont get money.

  3. They are such lovers and I wish people would stop watching them. They are useless and are not productive human beings

  5. Did theresa finally get the memo that those "assistants" he employed were skin flute specialists?

    1. I feel bad for Gia. Poor girl knows what is going on, and you can see the stress she is carrying each time she is on the screen.

    2. Agree Pip. I have a daughter the same age and it's heartbreaking to see Gia cry. Hope Teresa will realize soon that it's the girls who matter here, not her possessions.

  6. I called it! Not here, but while I was hate-watching the show last season. I think he had more of a hand in their crimes than she did.

  7. I feel bad for Gia, too. She seems like a good kid.

I'm going to just say it: I don't 100 percent believe they are getting divorced. These people are OLD SCHOOL. This post does not have me convinced they are divorcing. Sorry, Enties. Show me more.

  9. Lol they are not divorcing. All of the assets mentioned above are heavily financed and they need to be rid of so Theresa can live a realistic life while joe goes to college. Remember the days when enty actually was an attorney and knew how things worked?

    1. I'm confused how they wouldn't be forced into selling all their remaining assets to pay back everything and everyone. They couldn't have possibly made full
      Restitution yet, or have they?
      These two are idiots

  10. Like people don't know they need the money??? Seriously, this post is so stupid.

  11. You said it, Cleo! And not one of them fits the definition of "housewife!"

  12. Exactly TV Junkie. Half of these "housewives" weren't even married and why do we have to watch people who claim to be wealthy anyway? Why can't we see real housewives who take their kids to soccer games, clip coupons, work a job and juggle shit constantly? Oh right, that's middle American and decidedly not glamorous.

  13. I doubt they are divorcing. I'm not sure how deportation works, but are his chances better of staying in the US post prison, if he is married to a citizen?

Or maybe he and Teresa have hatched a plan to divorce so she can con a rich man into marrying her and supporting her and the kids while he is in jail?

  14. @Sherry, that annoys me, too. Someone said that they called it that to capitalise on the "Desperate Housewives" name when it was popular at the time. But to call any of these women a "real housewife" makes actual housewives look like scullery maids.

Meh, I don't watch any of them anyway, not sure why I'm complaining. :b

  15. Mmmm. Don't think so. They may be selling all assets because of their situation, but I don't think they'd be getting divorced like people mentioned because of the citizenship thing. They've appeared to be miserable for a long time so it's understandable, but I don't think they'd do it.

  16. Don't they also have to make restitution? I thought they were playing with the banks' money. I'm sure the banks would want it back.

  17. Wait a second.. if they haven't announced it, how is Enty so sure they're divorcing? There isn't going to be a significant income for a while so they're selling stuff off. They lived WAY outside their means.

    I can't stand these people, but I don't think they'd get a divorce.

  18. Nope, nope, nope...show me an official court document of the divorce been filed or I won't believe it. Never never NEVER will that woman leave him. They're selling shit for legal reasons. That's IT.

  19. TOTALLY don't believe they're divorcing! Broke - yes. Getting divorced - no way!

  20. I think the reason why the divorce rumblings, to drum up interest for the properties they have on the market.

What better way to drum up business then have a fire sale.

  21. I don't believe they're divorcing unless it's Joe who filed.

  22. I doubt they are divorcing. They have put their properties on the market in the past numerous times.

Teresa can't live in a "used" house.

  23. I respectfully disagree with Enty. They had to withdraw their bankruptcy petition because of all the lies and fraud in it. This is to show the court they are willing to sell everything. Teresa is in love with that bum Joe and I can't ever imagine her letting Caroline Manzo say "I told you so." She'll stick with him, IMO.

  24. She's just at fault, if not more so, than he is. Read the indictment those fake w2's and fashion buyer's income she claimed. SHE wanted the lifestyle, he had to beg, borrow and steal to keep HER happy. He likes other women, he's not into the big houses like she is.

  25. Will there be anything to split? Wouldn't the proceeds have to go to pay off fines and the people they stole from?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Oh yea Enty - don't want to announce now because potential buyers may use it in bargaining- never mind they are both going to prison shortly- that might hinder their bargaining position too.

  27. Oh man I hope that bitch ends up (after prison) in some sad old section 8 housing. She's the twat that couldn't handle the thought of living in a "used" house. Couldn't imagine living in a house where someone else had been before her and her ilk. I hope dat bitch look good in an orange jumpsuit! She looks like a damn dude anyway. Maybe she'll find herself a "girlfriend" inside. I have not one ounce of sympathy for either of those two cunts.
